Mougins is a beautiful French village set just of the A8 and Cannes. You can spend a few hours enjoying this town, with coffee and the spectacular views. Handy and easy parking available with a lift for buggies to take you straight up to the Village. From here you can take a leisurely stroll and enjoy some of the cute artists studios and little alleys. Streets are accessible for buggies and cars are not allowed so the kids can really enjoy the freedom.
Mougins has a strong culinary history and some of the restaurants are worth checking out. Mougins has also been frequented and inhabited by many artists and celebrities, including Pablo Picasso, Jean Cocteau, Fernand Léger, Francis Picabia, Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Winston Churchill, Catherine Deneuve, Édith Piaf to name but a few. It adds the charm to this village but it can get busy in the summer months. Just come early with the kids in summer.
There is a lovely old church with running water feature that the kids will love. There is a small play park just above the car park, slightly annoying as it’s half way down the steps and impossible for buggies!
